It has been my experience that the most dedicated riders are the Adult Amateurs—yet they get the least attention in National organizations, competitions, and awards.

Would you like to experience a training system geared FOR YOU—the Adult Rider?

As a USDF Gold Medalist and Certified Dressage trainer I’d like to share with you...

Teaching Yourself to Feel
…let GOOD Riding Become Automatic!

Here’s why:
Most educational products leave out critical steps in the process of learning to ride.

Since this training series is written by a professional educator of adults, it identifies the learning process adults’ use.

This training links the vague concept of feel to the very concrete pattern of the horses’ footfalls in each gait.

First you read and understand the exercise and then you ride the exercises—linking book knowledge to the movement of the horse. Imagine—a solid “feel” of the basics so that you will progress with any trainer in any discipline.

Are you tired of the eternal “TRAINING LEVEL SHUFFLE?”
Would you like TO MOVE UP THE LEVELS?
Is it time to LEAVE TRAINING LEVEL [FIRST LEVEL] BEHIND?

Successful horse professionals have good feel...however, many of them have such a sophisticated degree of “feel” that they are not even aware of what they are doing—and therefore cannot explain it to you!

I Can Teach You:

Techniques to learn to FEEL what your horse is doing underneath you

and

Systematic exercises that allow you to progress up the Dressage Ladder!

In addition to increases in conceptual knowledge, there are other areas where my process helps your dressage development. Significant improvements accomplished in the right way have shown:

With a logical systematic process in place

your riding will benefit

So how can this be?

Imagine, for a moment, you lay your leg against your horses’ side and he simply moves sideways effortlessly. Then you straighten and ask for a leg yield in the other direction—performed seamlessly.

How would that make you feel? Would you have any doubt you were communicating with your horse? When you can provide a subtle aide and your horse remains calm and obedient, wouldn’t that make you feel more like an accomplished dressage rider?

When a seamless leg yield happens, you are getting to experience some of the same bonding feelings you PREVIOUSLY HAVE ONLY OBSERVED IN ACCOMPLISHED RIDERS. Can you see why riders find this approach so exciting?

Do you know when to time your aid for the canter-walk transition? In order to progress, it is important to understand what to do and when to do it or you will get no results. Also, over stimulation or using improper timing can stall your progress for years!

In my 6 disc series you will:

Encounter a methodical approach that allows you to experience your horse going honestly TO THE BIT. You will be able to start to understand what the elusive “FEEL” of your horses BACK is!

You will find exercises that allow you to

Finally

Truly establish a steady CONTACT THROUGH THE REINS.

Other critical topics:

What is the half halt and how do I ride one?

How do I know what is enough bend?

How can I progress without more help?

Well—Help is on the Way!
With Sarah Martin’s 6 disc series, “TEACHING THE RIDER TO FEEL”
… your Riding will Explode into a Whole New Dimension!

So, what would it be worth to you to give yourself and your horse this head-start on harmonious communication? Many adults do not have time to ride every day. Nothing done over and over in expensive lessons can replace this knowledge of how to learn—even if you only get to ride 2x a week.
Here’s what you get with my "TEACHING THE RIDER TO FEEL" program.
